<p>PURPOSE: A method for detecting multiple drug resistant hepatitis B virus is provided to accurately and quickly detect resistant mutations of various sites. CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide for amplifying DNA polymerase gene of hepatitis B virus contains a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-4 or complementary base sequence thereof. An oligonucleotide for specifically detecting lamivudine resistant mutation HBV comprises one of base of sequence numbers 7-9, 10-12, and 23-31 or complementary base sequence thereof. A method for detecting drug resistant mutant HBV comprises: a step of isolating nucleic acid from a test sample; a step of amplifying a target DNA among the nucleic acid; a step of hybridizing the DNA with a probe of a microarray; and a step of detecting hybridized signal.</p> |
