摘要 <p>The device has a semi-conductive optical cavity comprising a distributed feedback type main cavity (100a) to amplify a light wave for laser. An extraction zone (100b) emits a laser beam through a lower guiding layer (20) on a substrate. The main cavity has a metal layer (50a) whose imaginary dielectric permittivity is greater than real dielectric permittivity. An optical adaptation zone (100c) of the cavity joins the main cavity and the extraction zone. The adaptation zone presents a width at its junction with the main cavity, and another width at its junction with the extraction zone.</p>
