The microsystem (I) has a body (5), and an interposition element i.e. diaphragm (2), provided between an orifice (4) and another orifice of a fluidic circulation microcircuit. A removable mounting device (1) of the interposition element comprises a tubular end-piece (16) screwed into the body of the microsystem to plate the interposition element before the former orifice is arranged in the body. The end-piece is linked with the latter orifice at a terminal portion of the end-piece by being aligned with the former orifice. The interposition element is formed of a separation membrane interposed in the fluidic circulation microcircuit. The separation membrane blocks displacement of Nafion(RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) type liquid.
