PURPOSE: A safety device of a rotary house is provided to ensure safety from risky factors due to external influences, such as typhoon or earthquake since the safety device is automatically operated when the rotary house stops. CONSTITUTION: A safety device of a rotary house is as follows. A hydraulic motor, which is connected to a power driving circuit, operates to drive a hydraulic device. When a rotary body(3) stops, a retractable safety pin on the hydraulic device moves down, makes contact with a rotary rail(201) at a given pressure and serves as a support for evenly supporting the whole floor of the rotary body. When the rotary body rotates, power is supplied to the hydraulic motor to reversely drive the hydraulic device, and the safety pin is separated upwardly from the rotary rail to make the rotation smooth.
