<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device in which durability is stably improved and occurrence of failures is suppressed, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device includes a display substrate including an organic light-emitting element, a sealing substrate arranged opposed to the display substrate, a sealant which is arranged between the end parts of the display substrate and the sealing substrate and fusion seals mutually the display substrate and the sealing substrate, a filler which fills the space between the display substrate and the sealing substrate, a first spacer which is formed on one side of the display substrate in contact with the filler, and a second spacer which is formed on one side of the sealing substrate in contact with the filler. The display substrate and the sealing substrate are classified into a dropping region and a diffusion region which is located relatively adjacent to the sealant by surrounding the dropping region, and one or more of the first spacer and the second spacer are mutually formed in a different shape in the dropping region and the diffusion region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
