<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improving the efficiency of a vertical axis type autorotation blade wind turbine; to obtain an efficient vertical axis type large wind turbine which has been conventionally difficult to be obtained by improving the starting performance of a conventional vertical axis type straight vane type wind turbine, and taking measures against gale; and to utilize a mobile ocean wind energy storage facility using the wind turbine. <P>SOLUTION: In the vertical axis type autorotation blade wind turbine, a light and durable canvas vane 1 slackened in right and left thereof is used as a blade 1, and the axis of the wind direction is provided close to the axis of the rotation of each blade, and transmission between the axis of rotation of the blade and the axis of the wind direction is performed by using one or a plurality of well-known self-supported canvas vane joined at a ratio of two to one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
