<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring electric power as to each sort of state of each electrical equipment, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A power computation part 13 receives a current value measured by a current measuring part 11 and a voltage value measured by a voltage measuring part 12, as inputs, and calculates power supply for the electrical equipment by computation. A state determination part 14 determines each sort of state of the electrical equipment detected by a state detection part 21, based on a state signal output from the state detection part 21. A switching part 15 switches over a part to which a power value calculated by the power computation part 13 is to be output, according to the result of determination of the state by the state determination part 14, and outputs the calculated power value to a state A integral power holding part 16 or a state B integral power holding part 17.
