<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mite repellent which is used for bedding such as a pillow, quilt or cushion, has high repellent action against house dust mite, has excellent safety to man and beast and is odorless and convenient. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a mite repellent for bedding prepared by packing a solid carrier containing p-menthane-3,8-diol as a mite repellent ingredient with an air-permeable material. The air-permeable material is preferably a nonwoven fabric whose quality of material is polyester, polyethylene or polypropylene which may be laminated with paper, and contains an odorless ingredient derived from plants as well as p-menthane-3,8-diol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
