<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an erroneous alarm possibility low, and to maintain it stably without largely complicating a constitution, in a signal processing device for processing a wave motion signal incoming from a target, and removing or suppressing clutter. <P>SOLUTION: This device includes: a signal extraction means for determining a difference between the wave motion signal incoming from the target and a mean value of instantaneous values of the wave motion signal; a comparison means for comparing the instantaneous value of the wave motion signal with a product of a prescribed coefficient and the mean value; and a selection means for selecting the instantaneous value of the wave motion signal and the difference respectively into a case where the instantaneous value of the wave motion signal is larger than the product and the smaller case, and serving a row of the selected instantaneous value and difference to target discrimination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
