PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period when fixing a bicycle parking stand to ground where paving members having a predetermined dimension, such as blocks, are regularly laid out. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking stand 10 includes a base plate 20 whose dimensions in vertical and lateral directions are identical to those of paving members B fixed to the ground by removing one of the paving members B regularly laid out; and a support frame 30 attached to the base plate 20, and supporting one of front and rear wheels of a bicycle by regulating back-and-forth and right-to-left movements thereof.
