PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal core substrate which becomes smaller and thinner than ever before and is firmly bonded to a wire harness, without requiring a connector at all. SOLUTION: External connection terminals in which a part of a metal plate is exposed are formed as a caulking part of T-shaped terminals 30T1 to 30T3 in a planar view. Only the number of external connection terminals 30T1 to 30T3 corresponding to the number of connection electric wires are placed side by side, and a through-hole region 30H is integrally formed in side parts of long metal plates 30D1 to 30D3 which directly join an input side and an output side of the metal plate. In the metal core substrate, labyrinth shape bodies 30L1 to 30L3 are formed which prevent linear connection between the T-shaped terminals 30T1 to 30T3 and the long metal plates 30D1 to 30D3.
