PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent a cup from being toppled by the inertia force with a simple structure in a cup supporting device in which a part of a side surface supporting part is foldable. SOLUTION: A cup supporting device 17 includes a bottom surface supporting part 22 for supporting a bottom surface of a cup C, and a side surface supporting part supporting part 23 consisting of a fixed supporting part 23F and a movable supporting part 23M for supporting a side surface of the cup C. When the movable supporting part 23M is developed from the downwardly folded storage position to the horizontally expanded service position, the side surface supporting part 23 surrounds and supports the side surface of the cup C. Even if the cup C topples by the inertia force toward the movable supporting part 23M of the side surface supporting part 23, the movable supporting part 23M is folded downwardly against the repulsive force of a torsional spring 24 to reliably prevent the cup C from being toppled by providing a rubber-made slip-resistant member 25 preventing an edge of the bottom surface of the cup C from slipping upwardly on the fixed supporting part 23F of the side surface supporting part 23.
