<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin composite material enhancing interlayer shearing resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the fiber-reinforced resin composite material includes a laminating process for face-laminating a prepreg impregnating a reinforcing fiber with an uncured resin; a screw-in process for screwing a needle formed with a groove into the laminated prepreg along a laminated direction while rotating the needle; and a curing process for pressurization-heating the uncured resin to be cured, and the needle is screwed-in until at least the groove part is penetrated through between respective laminates of the laminated prepreg, in the screw-in process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
