<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor element device for a capacitive proximity switch having an illuminated display, and allowing an advantageous combination with the capacitive proximity switch and the illuminated display. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor element device for the capacitive proximity switch of an operating device has an upper surface for contacting the undersurface of an operating panel of the operating device and a block-like illuminated display with a lighting direction towards the undersurface of the operating panel. The illuminated display as the sensor element device is electrically conductive on a surface or an upper surface of the illuminated display facing the operating panel, thereby forming the sensor element. The illuminated display is mounted on a component carrier by a lot of spatially-variable, elastic and electrically conductive materials, wherein a material layer thereof provides a required variable distance and an electrical connection from the upper surface to the undersurface as a contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
