DEVICE, METHOD, PROGRAM AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data while preventing insufficiency of storage capacity in a local disk without applying loads to a network.

SOLUTION: A block deleting processing unit b14 selects and deletes data blocks each of which is formed by dividing continued data and stored in a memory b11 based on information showing providing frequency of each data block. A data providing processing unit b15 provides data blocks stored in the memory b11 according to the order in the continued data and, when the data block to be provided is deleted from the memory b11, provides the data block by downloading the data block backed up on a storage server D1 connected via a network.
