FOAMING MOLDED ARTICLE, ELECTROCONDUCTIVE MOLDED ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming molded article which can be easily molded, has proper rubber elasticity, is excellent in a recyclable nature and a recovering ratio from a compression state and further exhibits electroconductivity when properly compressed. SOLUTION: The foaming molded article contains (A) a polymer component which has sea-island structure comprising an (a-1)α-olefin thermoplastic resin as a sea phase and an (a-2) rubber component as an island phase and (B) an electroconductive filler. A volume ratio of the (a-1)α-olefin thermoplastic resin to the (B) electroconductive filler ((a-1)/(B)) is 100/5 to 100/100. A number average cell diameter of foamed cells is 10 to 200μm and coefficient of variation (Cv) of the number average cell diameter is 0.1 to 1.0. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
