PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop type heat pipe preventing the dryout state at start. SOLUTION: The loop type heat pipe having liquid phase and gas phase working media arranged therein includes at least one annular flow passage. The annular flow passage includes: a heat absorbing part for providing external heat for the liquid phase or gas phase working medium; a heat release part for releasing heat from the liquid phase or gas phase working medium to outside; a steam flow passage for transporting the gas phase working medium from the heat absorbing part to the heat release part during operation; and a liquid flow passage for transporting the liquid phase working medium from the heat release part to the heat absorbing part during operation.
