PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover light-emitting elements with a getter material, without causing deterioration in the emission characteristics. SOLUTION: A getter material 36 covering an organic EL light-emitting layer 33 is made laminated on a surface sheet 20 different from a protective film 34 having the organic EL light-emitting layer 33 laminated, and thereafter, the protective film 34 and the surface sheet 20 are adhered to each other.
