摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate highly accurately a vibration phenomenon of elements of a valve including a valve element, without raising a cost by applying processing or the like to a valve device, so as to mount a vibration detection sensor such as an acceleration sensor. SOLUTION: This integrity monitoring evaluation support system A of the valve device 10 having the valve element 11 stored in a valve box 13 in which fluid flows and a valve rod 12 bonded to the valve element 11 to drive the valve element 11 as the elements of the valve, is constituted by including: an upstream side pressure sensor 14 for measuring an upstream side fluid pressure P<SB>A</SB>of the valve element 11; a downstream side pressure sensor 15 for measuring a downstream side fluid pressure P<SB>B</SB>of the valve element 11; and a vibration evaluation device part A1 (a cavitation coefficient operation device part 18, a vibration evaluation device part 19, a correlation database part 20) for evaluating vibration of the elements of the valve by monitoring the upstream side fluid pressure P<SB>A</SB>and the downstream side fluid pressure P<SB>B</SB>.
