摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a combined power generation plant capable of charging intermediate pressure steam into reheat steam even if a target fuel temperature is high. SOLUTION: The method controls the combined power generation plant including a fuel heater 15 heating fuel supplied to a combustor 14 by using fuel heating water heated by an intermediate pressure exhaust heat recovery section 40. In a process of increasing a gas turbine load when the plant is started, the pressure of the intermediate pressure steam is maintained to set pressure set higher than the pressure of the reheat steam. With the pressure of the intermediate pressure steam maintained to the set pressure, after timing when a gas turbine load reaches such a set load that the gas turbine load represents timing when fuel is heated to the target fuel temperature by the fuel heater, reduction in the pressure of the intermediate pressure steam is started. When the pressure of the intermediate pressure steam is reduced to the pressure of the reheat steam, the supply of the intermediate pressure steam to a reheat steam system is started.
