A base station device is provided with a relay unit that relays communication data transmitted and received between a user terminal device connected with a base station device thereof by wireless and a server device connected with a base station device thereof by a public network; an extraction unit that extracts communication content information, which shows communication contents between the user terminal device and the server device, from the communication data relayed by the relay unit; a condition acquisition unit that acquires a filtering condition for the user terminal device; an analysis unit that carries out the filtering of plural communication content information extracted by the extraction unit, under the filtering condition acquired by the condition acquisition unit; and a notification unit that notifies a wireless carrier network of the communication content information obtained under application of the filtering condition by the analysis unit.
