METHOD FOR RECUPERATION OF SECONDARY STREAM CURRENTS AT PRODUCTION OF RECTIFIED ALCOHOL

A method for recuperation of secondary heat currents at production of rectified alcohol comprises technological stages of mixing of grinded grain and preparation of batch, thermo fermentative treatment of batch and production of rarefied mash, distillation, epuration, rectification and afterpurification of rectified alcohol. The heating of brew before distillation is realized sequentially – immediately at the expense of recuperation of heat of distillery dreg after distillation, by rarefied mash after the stage of thermo fermentative treatment of batch and part of aqueous-alcoholic vapor of the stage of distillation. The heating of grain batch is provided by subsequent recuperation of secondary heat of distillery dreg. Recuperation of secondary heat of aqueous-alcoholic vapor of distillation is realized at the stages of epuration and afterpurification of rectified alcohol.
