METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF PARTS BY FORM-GENERATING METHOD

A method for manufacture of parts includes volumetric deformation of workpiece in a die by moving effort, which is caused by action of a conical punch with an axis inclined relative to the die axis at a constant angle. For that purpose the conical punch is brought closer to the die by means of a mechanism of axial approach and rolled on the workpiece surface due to a rolling-off mechanism. The workpiece is upset by axial force. Then the workpiece is subject to volumetric deformation in the die by moving effort. Final volumetric deformation is carried out at a constant angle of inclination of the axis of conical punch.
