A data transmission method, equipment and communication system are provided by the embodiments of the present invention, which relate to communication field and solve the problem that the data transmission between a user equipment and a packet data network occupies overmuch network resource, wherein the data transmission uses the home access system architecture provided by the prior art. The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention include the following steps: a node having service-splitting function establishes the corresponding relationship between the service flow of the user equipment and the radio access bearer, and according to said corresponding relationship the node sends the received service flow of the packet data network to said user equipment directly via the radio access bearer, or transmits the service flow of said user equipment received through the radio access bearer to said packet data network directly.
