<p>The invention relates to the field of producing and homogenizing disperse systems with a liquid medium, specifically for producing emulsions with a specified component concentration, for example hydrofuels, and can be used in the fuel, power-generating, and oil-refining sectors and other sectors of industry. The technical problem addressed by the proposed solution is to increase the quality of an emulsion which can be produced from a water and fuel oil mixture or water and diesel mixture by introducing initial, preliminary processing and activating of the fuel oil or diesel fuel and water in order finally to produce a fuel having a minimal content of toxic waste during the combustion thereof. The stated problem is solved in that, in the solution proposed, each component is separately initially processed and activated in advance by an acoustic field in an initial hydrodynamic disperser. Furthermore, the supply line for each component is equipped with an initial hydrodynamic disperser and storage tank which is mounted consecutively with the initial hydrodynamic disperser, and the supply line for the preparation of the emulsion is equipped with at least one main hydrodynamic disperser. Furthermore, the nozzle is movable and adjustable while the resonance plate is mounted rigidly.</p> |
