The frame has vertically running post elements (1) and horizontally running locking elements (2) that are firmly connected with the post elements. Surface regions (8-12) of the post elements and/or the locking elements within and/or outside of a facade are visible with filling i.e. glazing element. The glazing element is inserted into an interspace region between the post elements and the locking element. The surface regions have partial areas with a structure (5) that differs recognizably from an even surface. The structure is provided with colored elements.
