Device is equipped with flat knife arranged in gap between plates and elastically fixed on the latter with the help of two sections of steel strings, curled in opposite directions via mechanism of tension adjustment, arranged in the form of threaded pin and two bushes wound onto pin at two sides. ^ EFFECT: reduced power inputs during device operation. ^ 2 dwg |
