<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen system enabling overall heat utilization by using cold and heat generated by a heat pump. <P>SOLUTION: The kitchen system includes a heat storage tank for heat, a heat storage tank for cold, and the heat pump for transferring heat from the heat storage tank for cold to the heat storage tank for heat.
