<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe operation aid simple in constitution, easy to grasp from a human engineering aspect, capable of certainly holding the rear end part of the plunger of a syringe and capable of simplifying the pushing and pulling operation of the plunger. <P>SOLUTION: The syringe operation aid 1 has an operation handle 2 forming a body shape by mutually closing a pair of right and left handle half bodies 2L and 2R, the hinge portion 3 provided at one end part of the operation handle 2 to open and close the handle half bodies 2L and 2R, the grasping portion 4 provided at the other end part of the operation handle 2 to be grasped by the hand of a worker while the handle half bodies 2L and 2R are closed mutually and the clamp portion 5 provided at an intermediate part of the operation handle 2 in the vicinity of the hinge portion 3 to hold the rear end of the plunger when the handle half bodies 2L and 2R are closed mutually.
