摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intravascular stapler capable of stopping movement maybe happened in an artificial blood vessel, and capable of removing the risk of the movement in the future. <P>SOLUTION: This intravascular stapler for fixing the insertion type artificial blood vessel 264 to the blood vessel includes a staple housing 214 adapted to store at least one staple thereinto. The staple housing 214 includes an exit area 258 for discharge the at least one staple, an actuator 306 adapted to discharge the staple through the exit area 158, and a displacement mechanism operated combinedly with the staple housing in the vicinity of the exit area. The exit area 258 is pressed toward the inserion type artificial blood, when discharging the staple. The displacement mechanism is positioned in the vicinity of the exit area 258, and may include a balloon constituted to be expanded and contracted.
