<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for quickly and efficiently removing a line noise without being affected by random noise or objects. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus is configured to receive an image, to combine respective pixels configuring an image along a predetermined direction, to reduce the image to the predetermined direction, to execute filter processing for the reduced image along a direction different from the predetermined direction, to extract a line-noise image along the predetermined direction, to subtract the extracted line noise image from the input image, and to acquire a line-noise reduced image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
