PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a wood board of successful quality, using a wood base material which is almost free from a warp dispersion with the restrained generation of a non-conforming crest warp and which can ensure an nearly uniform/stable crest warpage. SOLUTION: A medium-density fiber-board 2 and a plywood 3 are laminated together with an aqueous adhesive, with a moisture retaining layer 4 sandwiched between the adhesive surfaces 2a and 3a of the medium-density fiber-board 2 and the plywood 3. Next, after thus making this laminate a composite component, these composite components 5 are stacked one by one from bottom to top, and the stack is pressed. Finally, the adhesive is cured and thus the wood base material 1 comprising the medium-density fiber-board and the plywood 3 bonded together can be obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
