<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for predicting indoor safety in an earthquake, which directly displays a vibration experiment result corresponding to a specific earthquake level, and more intuitively shows the status of furniture corresponding to the vibration level of earthquake to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A computer body part 2 is provided with: a safety measure information reading part 13; a test data reading part 14; a simulation part 16; an earthquake indoor state display part 17; a photograph display part 18; and a part 22 for creating a ground plan with furniture, or the like. The earthquake indoor state display part 17 displays, on a screen 3, an earthquake indoor state figure Hhi expressing the result of the vibration experiment of the furniture by the simulation part 16 and the damages by color.
