PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire that uses a rubber composition having good dispersion of silica into the rubber composition, having improvements in both wear resistance and low heat buildup and being suitable for use as a tread rubber member. SOLUTION: The tire includes a tire member using a rubber composition which includes a rubber component including a modified natural rubber and/or a modified synthetic isoprene rubber produced by adding a modifier thereto and a hydrous silicic acid and which is characterized in that the hydrous silicic acid has a specific surface area as determined based on the adsorption of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) (m<SP>2</SP>/g) and a modal diameter of primary aggregates as determined by acoustic particle size distribution measurement A<SB>ac</SB>(nm) that satisfy the relationship of formula (I): A<SB>ac</SB>≥-0.76×(CTAB)+274.
