PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method, program and circuit for controlling power supply units which are connected in parallel, and to provide a power supply system comprising the power supply units connected in parallel and a power supply control device for controlling the units. SOLUTION: The power supply control device includes a power supply control means for controlling a system such that power supply to a load of the other power supply unit may become uniform when power supply of at least one power supply unit in a plurality of the power supply units connected in parallel to the same load is reduced and a fan for cooling, which is included in the power supply unit, stops.
