PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the setting of device information from a device information setting terminal even when the installation location and the identifier of a radio communication device are not recognized. SOLUTION: A device information inquiry request message S1 is transmitted to radio communication devices 2 in a zone communicable by broadcast from a radio operation terminal 3. Each of the radio communication devices 2 having received the message S1 sends back a device information inquiry response message S2 including its own identifier and address to the radio operation terminal 3. The radio operation terminal 3 receives the messages S2 to display a list of the radio communication devices having sent back the messages S2. When a desired device is selected from the list, the radio operation terminal 3 displays a parameter input screen. When a parameter value is input from the parameter input screen, a device information setting request message S3 including the parameter value is transmitted to the radio communication device 2 selected in the list.
