PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked ceramic capacitor that exhibits temperature characteristics of high permittivity and stable relative permittivity, and has small dielectric polarization and good thermal shock resistance. SOLUTION: The stacked ceramic capacitor is characterized in: forming a conductor pattern 25 on one entire surface of a ceramic green sheet 21 using a screen printing plate 23 satisfying a relation of OP1>OP2, where OP is a numerical aperture of meshes of a region corresponding to an internal electrode pattern 25a and OP2 is a numerical aperture of meshes corresponding to a peripheral region excluding an internal electrode pattern 25a; and having metal parts 13, containing the same component as a main component of the internal electrode layer 7, dotted in an island shape at a periphery of the internal electrode layer 7 except a connection end for an external electrode 3.
