PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppression structure suppressing electromagnetic noise in a higher frequency band. SOLUTION: The noise suppression structure includes a conductor wire for transmitting electric energy, a soft magnetic metal layer covering an outer periphery of the conductor wire, and ground parts provided at least at both lengthwise ends of the soft magnetic metal layer. The soft magnetic metal layer has a crystal grain diameter, preferably, within the range of 0.1 to 200μm. The noise suppression structure, preferably, includes a metal wire layer which covers the outer periphery of the conductor wire and is grounded. The noise suppression structure, preferably, has a soft magnetic material layer which covers the outer periphery of the conductor wire and has soft magnetic powder dispersed in a matrix polymer.
