PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent coil bobbin capable of achieving highly reliable electrical and mechanical connection, and to provide a solenoid including the coil bobbin and a method for manufacturing the coil bobbin. SOLUTION: The coil bobbin includes: a winding part where a winding having an insulating coating is wound; and a terminal to which the winding is wound. The terminal has a plurality of grooves in which the winding is inserted, each groove has an inner wall contacting with the coating of the winding to be inserted and tearing the coating, and the inner wall establishes electrical connection with the winding.
