PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness in which without reducing productivity, potential difference corrosion does not occur at a connection point and which has a connection structure of high connection reliability even in the case of the harness constituted by connecting a connector terminal and an electric wire composed of different conductive metal materials, and a manufacturing method of the harness. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the harness 1 attached with a heat-shrinkable tube with a hot melt adhesive constituted by means that an aluminum electric wire 21 made of aluminum alloy different from copper alloy are electrically connected to a wire barrel 33 in a female connector terminal 30 made of the copper alloy, the wire barrel 33 and the aluminum electric wire 21 are electrically connected, and at a connection point T between the wire barrel 33 and the aluminum electric wire 21, the heat-shrinkable tube 10 with the hot melt adhesive having a hot melt adhesive 12 inside the heat-shrinkable tube 11 is attached. The heat shrinkable tube 10 with the hot melt adhesive is heated, the heat-shrinkable tube 11 is made to be contracted, the hot melt adhesive 12 is heat-melted, and the hot melt adhesive 12 is made to come to a close contact with the connection point T.
