PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device securing sufficient durability. SOLUTION: A display panel 18 holds a functional layer including an organic EL layer between a pair of glass substrates, in the display 100. Glass as an inorganic substance has high barrier property, since barrier property of the glass for water is excellent rather than a resin such as PET. Furthermore, a laminate structure configured by stacking the display panel 18 on a magnet sheet 30 is laminated from the surface and the rear surface with two resin films 25a, 25b. In other words, since the magnet sheet 30 is also included in the laminate 25, deterioration of the magnet sheet 30 is prevented. Thus, the reliable display 100 durable in actual use is provided.
