PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer bowl having a space for housing a heat-insulation material around a cooling jacket on an outer circumference of the mixer bowl and shielding the space from an outer space for a long time period. SOLUTION: The mixer bowl is provided with a bowl body 18, the cooling jacket 24 to define a cooling chamber on the outer circumference of the bowl body, the sheet-form heat-insulation material 26 covering an outer circumference of the cooling jacket, a surrounding wall 28 of the heat-insulation material extending from the bowl body and encircling the circumference of the heat-insulation material, a cover plate 32 having an outer circumferential edge 32a covering the outer circumference of the heat insulation material and extending beyond the surrounding wall of the heat insulation material to an outer circumference of the heat insulation material, a silicone resin 40 filled between the outer circumferential edge and a sealing protrusion 36 formed on the outer circumference of the surrounding wall of the heat insulation material facing the outer circumferential edge, and a sealing member 42 fixed in a state extending between the sealing protrusion and the outer circumferential edge to seal the silicone resin in a space between the protrusion and the outer circumferential edge of the cover plate.
