PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intrusion detection panel capable of easily laying and exchanging an optical fiber. SOLUTION: An optical waveguides 3 is mounted on a whole surface of a protective body 5 by exchangeably mounting the intrusion detection panel 1 having a panel body 2 detachably mounted on the surface of the existed protective body 5 and the optical waveguide 3 mounted on the panel body 2 on the protective body 5.
