PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the flexibility of a layout by restraining an increase in the number of part items and weight, and to enhance the flexibility in setting the stroke ratio, in a suspension device of a vehicle having a vertically rocking suspension arm. SOLUTION: A lower arm 62 is composed of a plurality of arm members 65, 66 and 67, and these respective arm members 65, 66 and 67 are mutually rockably connected via joints 68 and 70, and the respective arm members 65, 66 and 67 stroke a cushion unit 58 by mutually interlocking in response to the vertical movement of a wheel.
