PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate exposure from a clearance between a meter cover and a meter device, after eliminating staying of foreign matter between the meter cover and the meter device, in a meter cover structure in a saddle-riding type vehicle. SOLUTION: While arranging the clearance S1 between an inner surface of the meter cover 55 and an outer surface of the meter device 33, an exposure preventive structure (a labyrinth structure 85) for preventing the exposure of the light from a headlamp 31, is formed of a cover end part (a tip edge part 81c of a folding-back part 81) in close vicinity to the meter device 33 in the meter cover 55 and a meter end part (a cover rear end wall 78b of a case cover 77) in close vicinity to the cover end part in the meter device 33.
