PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner frame structure for game machines capable of facilitating the weight reduction of an inner frame and the securement of its required strength even if using metal forming frames for two opposite sides of the four sides, and simplifying a manufacturing process and furthermore reducing the manufacturing cost by dispensing with secondary working of holes or the like for fixing them to the residual two opposite sides; and to provide a game machine having the same. SOLUTION: A right coupling frame 30R is inserted from an opening section 13 into a forward side while positioning an extension section 31 and a mounting projection 22 of an upper frame 20U so as to be held to a right frame 10R. Screws 39 are inserted into mounting holes 33 of the extension section 31 and threadedly engaged with screw holes 23 of the mounting projection 22 so as to fix the extension section 31 to the mounting projection 22 in a state where the right coupling frame 30R clamps the right frame 10R to the side of the upper frame 20U.
