Disclosed is an encoding method including a first transform step (S110) for transforming an input signal using a first transform coefficient; a second transform step (S130b) for transforming a first partial signal, which is a portion of a first transform output signal, using a second transform coefficient; a quantization step (S150b) for quantizing a second transform output signal, and a second partial signal which is a portion of the first transform output signal excluding the first partial signal; and an entropy encoding step (S160) for entropy encoding the quantized coefficients. The second transform step (S130b) includes a correction step (S131) for generating a corrected first partial signal or a corrected second transform coefficient, by way of performing correction using a predetermined scaling parameter on the first partial signal or the second transform coefficient; and a transform step (S132) for generating a second transform output signal by way of transforming the corrected first partial signal using the second transform coefficient, or by way of transforming the first partial signal using the corrected second transform coefficient.
