Provided is a hologram reproduction method including: a step of applying a reference light R to a hologram (160) formed on a recording medium (140) by using the reference light R and a sub reference light A, so as to extract a reproduced light P and a position detection light L; and a step of detecting a position detection light L by a photodetector (120) and controlling the relative angle of the reference light R with respect to the recording medium (140) so that the position detection light L is arranged at the center of the photodetector (120).
