IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, SYSTEM FOR UTILIZING THE SAME, AND IMAGE DATA GENERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can change a scenario within the range of the use authority of a user under a constraint by a direct service.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100 transmits image data and a scenario to an image distribution device 13 having a scenario determination means 41 for determining the validity of a scenario and a distribution means 42 for distributing image data based on distribution setting when the scenario is legal. The image forming apparatus 100 includes: a use authority information storage means 38; a scenario calling means 37; an execution propriety determination means 35 for determining whether the execution of the scenario called by the scenario calling means is permitted by the use authority information; a setting changing means 34 for, when it is determined that the execution of the scenario is impossible by the execution propriety determination means, changing the scenario within the range permitted by the use authority information; a scenario storage requesting means 36 for making the scenario storage device 12 store the changed scenario; and a transmission mens 32 for transmitting the changed scenario to the image distribution device 42.
