<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner container and an image forming apparatus with high working efficiency in recycling, in the toner container having electronic information storage members installed therein. <P>SOLUTION: The toner container includes: a first regulation member 32Y1c1 for regulating movement in a surface direction along the outer face of the toner container of the electronic information storage member 32Y10; and a second regulation member 32Y1m for regulating movement in a direction orthogonal to the outer face of the toner container of the electronic information storage member 32Y10.
